Remote Labor & Employment Litigation Partner

GPAC is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at Of Counsel / Junior Partner level for a national practice. The role focuses on handling both single-plaintiff matters and wage & hour class actions in a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage & hour matters, FEHA exposure, and advising employers on compliance. A portable book is not required; CA licensure is required.
