Onsite VA-Licensed Associate General Counsel

Beacon Hill Legal seeks Virginia licensed attorneys for a contract-to-hire Associate General Counsel position with a notable trade association based in Arlington, VA. The role is fully onsite 5 days a week at the office. Qualified candidates will review and draft complex agreements, including contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs and trademark filings, and will prepare and file federal and state lobbying documents. Experience editing meeting agendas/minutes is valued.
