Program Manager

This project assignment supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a new Jira-based HR Shared Services intake process. The role requires a hands-on Project Manager with strong organizational skills, Jira knowledge, and experience coordinating across business and technical teams. Govern the HR Shared Services Jira intake process, partnering with Process Owners, Strategic Project Managers, HR Service Center leaders, and System Owners to assess requests, support prioritization, align resources, and develop timelines for new projects, HR Service Center work transfers, and HR system enhancements. Support the implementation and ongoing management of Jira intake workflows, including backlog management, data quality, reporting, and user adoption. Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives, while managing blockers and supporting consistent Agile practices. Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate prioritization and resource planning discussions, balancing competing business needs with available capacity and delivery timelines. Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, governance materials, and other tools to support consistent execution and stakeholder alignment. Create a monthly HR Technology summary of completed enhancements and the forward-looking pipeline, leveraging Jira data to improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
