Engineering Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team that includes Manufacturing Engineers and Program Management resources Provide hands-on technical leadership across manufacturing operations Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent while building a strong, accountable team Drive manufacturing performance, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and problem resolution Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Tooling, and other functions to address production challenges Support quoting activities, job justification, capacity analysis, and planning for new and existing business Evaluate manufacturing requirements for new programs and support successful program launches Drive root-cause problem solving and long-term corrective actions for recurring manufacturing issues Support improvements in plant efficiency, equipment performance, quality, and OEE Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and provide technical guidance to the engineering organization QualificationsSignificant engineering experience within automotive manufacturing Die-casting experience required Previous engineering leadership or management experience with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop teams Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automation, and plant-floor operations Experience supporting quoting, capacity planning, job justification, and new business/program launches CompensationBase salary: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus 100% company paid employee benefits Relocation assistance
