Director, LGBTQ+ Legal Policy & Strategy

The Human Rights Campaign is the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ civil rights and advocacy organization. The Director, Legal Policy (or Senior Director, commensurate with experience) partners with the Senior VP for Policy & Litigation to shape and execute strategic policy agendas and leads the Legal Policy team. This hybrid/in-person role is based at HRC headquarters in Washington, DC, with expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.
