Compensation: Up to $230K (DOE)We're a mid-sized Chicago law firm with more than 50 years of experience. We handle sophisticated matters in corporate and private equity, litigation, municipal law, labor and employment, real estate, and more. Here, you'll work on substantial cases and transactions without getting lost in a sea of associates. Currently, we're looking for an experienced attorney to join an already successful Estate Planning and Transactional practice. This is an opportunity to work on matters involving ultra-high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and closely held businesses. Openings: Senior Estate Planning Attorney: Estate planning, trusts & estate administration Asset protection and business planningUHNW client experience required Probate/estate litigation experience is a plus Additional flexibility for attorneys with a book of business Transactional Associate Attorney: Corporate and commercial transactionsM&A, business formations, restructurings & corporate governance Commercial real estate and private-client matters Strong transactional drafting experience required Ability to independently manage matters Why Consider It? Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $230,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
