Lead R&D III-V Semiconductor Device Engineer

Coherent is seeking an experienced engineer to lead new device development from concept through production transfer. You will design and simulate epitaxial structures to meet performance targets, collaborating with epi, process integration, and QA teams. The role requires deep knowledge of III-V devices, TCAD modeling, and RF/optical testing, with strong cross-functional collaboration and documentation to enable smooth transfer to manufacturing.
