Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated Reliability, Initiative, Adaptability and Keen Attention to Detail. Understanding of metallurgy basics and metalworking principles Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time. U.S. citizenship or documented residency Be 18+ years old Preferences: Foundry experience with knowledge of casting processes, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Understanding of OSHA regulations, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance Experience in executing Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001 Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory Management Experience in the use or maintenance of Manufacturing Equipment
