Comply with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws Your Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience required Debt Settlement MortgageTax Relief Student Loans Insurance 1+ years of call center experience preferred Proficient in pipeline management and handling prospect inquiries using phone, internet, and chat tools effectively Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic Coachable and ready to grow Character-driven but money-motivated Compensation & Schedule $100,000 - $300,000 per year - Base or commissions - whichever is greater Uncapped commissionsW-2 employment only Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday-Friday) Work Location In-person role at our Costa Mesa office near John Wayne Airport
