What You'll Be Doing: As a Sales Representative, you'll conduct consultative phone appointments with prospective students across the United States and Canada. Your role is to:
  • Build rapport quickly
  • Uncover goals, challenges, and motivations
  • Help prospects develop a realistic business and income plan
  • Present the right certification pathway
  • Guide prospects through enrollment
  • Follow up professionally and consistently
  • Manage activity within our CRM
  • Continuously improve your sales skills Programs you'll represent include:

  • Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • Confidence handling objections
  • CRM proficiency
  • Reliable internet and professional home office setup
Preferred:
  • Experience selling education, coaching, financial services, consulting, or professional development
  • Experience closing $2,000 to $10,000 offers
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Compensation
Base Salary: $3,000 per month
Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000+Top Performers: $100,000 to $150,000+90-Day Training Completion Bonus: $3,000
