Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of complex nuclear projects. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective contingency plans. Track project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply project management best practices. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and business functions. Required

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.10+ years of project management experience leading complex projects, preferably within the nuclear or utility industry. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects from planning through implementation. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic and highly regulated environments. Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software. Preferred

Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. Technical background in: Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) (Preferred)Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Experience managing capital projects, plant modifications, outage-related initiatives, or major infrastructure programs within a nuclear environment. Advanced knowledge of risk management, forecasting, budgeting, and project controls.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Additional project management, engineering, or nuclear industry certifications are highly preferred.
