Litigation Associate - Of Counsel Remote

Duties: Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience handling California employment litigation for Associate role. 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel role, with first chair capacity. Must be admitted to the CA state bar and comply with all ethical requirements. Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures. Education JD from ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications: Admission to the CA state bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
