CIM Recruitment & Retention Lead — Assistant Director

New Jersey Institute of Technology seeks an Assistant Director for CIM Student Recruitment & Retention on a fixed-term basis for Fiscal Year 2027. Reporting to the SAET Director, the role promotes the CIM program to prospective students and supports retention efforts with Admissions and SBED teams. The position oversees broad travel, high school/community college outreach, and industry engagement, coordinating CIM campaigns with Marketing and Admissions to raise program visibility.
