Basic Requirements: Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills 1-5 years of substantive litigation or clerkship experience J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted to the OSBPreferred Qualifications Proven experience in written and oral advocacy Hands-on experience litigating insurance and extra-contractual insurance matters Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment A motivated self-starter seeking increasing opportunities for professional growth and responsibility Ability to work as a collaborative team player who can effectively work with paralegals and assistants to ensure efficient case handling Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professional integrity Judicial clerkship experience or prior court experience (ideal but not required) Admission in Washington is a plus
