In this position…Develop and lead E.V. engineering efforts for Recertification, Refurbishment, and Remanufacture (Re-X) with a dynamic cross functional team challenged to develop and implement high-value service solutions. Lead the development, verification and release of Service Unique Specifications, with the support of EPE/OPD. Create solutions to improve the customer experience while resolving quality concerns. Strong multitasking skills and engineering flexibility are a must, allowing for the development for new solutions as the company gains experience in the EV arena. Job is hybrid, with three days a week on-site at FEL in Dearborn. Occasional supplier visits (mostly local) will also be required.
