Network Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and datacenter networks Ensure network performance, availability, and scalability Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, including planning and resource management Support network security initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices Manage vendors, contracts, and procurement of network equipment and services Lead troubleshooting and incident response to minimize downtime Contribute to capacity planning, budgeting, and infrastructure strategy Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting on network performance

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of experience in network administration or management Previous leadership experience required Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security Experience with SD-WAN and datacenter networking preferred Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization is an asset Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are a plus
