Relocation Agent - Orlando, FLThe Relocation Agent is responsible for handling removals and reinstalls to clients that have purchased from a third party.

Essential Functions:

Review requests where clients are requesting removal and reinstall (same or new location)
Review requests where clients purchased from a third party to be installed in a new location
Liaise with scheduling department to arrange removal / reinstalls
Document and report to management any trending quality issues.
Work special projects assigned by management.
Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Physical Requirements: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
