Precast Field Erection Lead

Fabcon Precast is seeking an Associate Field Erection Foreperson to lead on-site erection activities at Grove City, OH. You will work with the Foreperson to manage daily jobsite duties, uphold safety policies, and coordinate with crews to ensure timely completion of precast erection tasks. The role requires experience in erection work, precast processes, welding, and valid MVR & DOT. Travel to multiple plants may be required, and overtime is common in this field.
