LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for an upcoming assignment. This position is ideal for an attorney who is adaptable organized and comfortable contributing to a variety of legal tasks in a fast paced environment. The role requires strong analytical abilities excellent communication skills and the capacity to deliver high quality work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft revise and review legal documents and written materials
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries memoranda and recommendations
- Analyze information identify issues and provide clear practical guidance
- Assist with document management and organization of case or project materials
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders external partners and other legal professionals
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent quality across all deliverables
- Support ongoing legal projects as needs evolve
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of legal practice experience
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
- Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Comfort working in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with legal software or document management tools is a plus

Pay Range: $40-80 per hour
