Rivian is seeking an Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer at Staff level to enable safe, reliable high-voltage systems in our electric vehicles. You will lead EMC for traction inverters, BMS, and power electronics, and coordinate across EMC, Energy Storage, and Energy Power Conversion teams. Responsibilities include developing and validating electromagnetic models, testing ECUs and vehicle margins, and delivering system-level strategies for HV distribution, grounding, shielding and filtering.
