They are seeking an experienced, licensed plumber who wants steady, year-round work, strong earning potential, and the resources to do the job right. This is a hands-on opportunity for a service professional who enjoys solving challenging sewer and drain issues, working directly with homeowners, and taking ownership of each call from diagnosis through resolution. Focus: Handle residential sewer and drain service calls from diagnosis through completed repair, with an emphasis on reliable workmanship. Use camera inspections, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, rodding, relining, and related methods to identify and resolve sewer and drainage problems. Evaluate field conditions and recommend practical repair or replacement solutions based on the customer's needs. Present service options and pricing clearly, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their property. Complete service documentation, process customer payments when applicable, and maintain accurate job records. Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements while maintaining clean, professional residential job sites. Coordinate with field and support teams to provide responsive service and a positive homeowner experience. Skill Set: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plumbing field experience, preferably in residential service with an emphasis on sewer maintenance and repair. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to identify sewer and drain issues and determine appropriate solutions. Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in clear, straightforward terms. Comfortable discussing service pricing, presenting options professionally, and collecting payment when required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High level of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and follow-through in a customer-facing field role. Appropriate plumbing licensure for the work performed and working knowledge of applicable residential plumbing codes.
