Prepare breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods with consistency, precision, and care, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine. You will set up and maintain the pastry station, focus on quality, safety, and presentation, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Typical schedule includes mornings, with 40–50 hour weeks.
