Manager, Client Leadership

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the internal cross-functional team (Media Team, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Creative) to develop optimal and actionable strategies, concepts and tacticsManage the implementation hand to keys in platforms: Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Pacvue and SkaiBuild strong working relationships with key retailersManage execution of approved programs, leading junior team members who are in platformManage and grow relationships with external client vendors, retail media networks, and partner agencies to execute projects as assignedDevelop and manage project timelines and budgetsManage communication of project status and budget to client teamsWork hand-in-hand with internal cross-functional teams on planning and implementation of retail marketing extensions of brand and category programsManage client approval process as part of overall project managementMeasurement experience in the retail media spaceSome travel requiredSKILL SETS REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field 5-7 years’ experience in retail marketing or experience with assigned retailerBusiness smarts/potential to think strategicallyExcellent client relationship management and business development skills, ideally within CPG categoryPassion and excitement for agency lifeCommerce marketing & efficient project management experienceStrong decision-making skills based on data and industry knowledgePassion about business development – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned client/businessStrong listening skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial spirit – Desire to dig in and do what’s needed to get the job done right
