VP, Multifamily Acquisitions - Sunbelt Deals Lead

Fifteen Group Capital in Miami seeks a Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions to own the full acquisition lifecycle for multifamily assets across Florida, Texas, and other Sunbelt markets. You will work directly with the Director of Investments and firm Principals to source, underwrite, and close deals. You will lead financial modeling, oversee due diligence, and manage financing through closing, while mentoring junior staff.
