Our client, a custom clothing retailer, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in NYC.**5 days a week onsite Responsibilities include: Manage full-cycle recruitment Use social media, industry groups, community engagement, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and local market research to source Manage searches across studio operations and central office Meet with hiring managers and screen + interview candidates Maintain Accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATSEngage in career fair, school visits, community events, and networking opportunities as needed Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations to ensure a seamless candidate to-new-hire transition Serve as primary point of contact between recruiting team and company leadership
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-fill, specialized, or hourly operational talent
  • Strong direct-sourcing, networking, and candidate-engagement skills
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple active searches
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HRA proactive, accountable mindset
