The Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. They ensure the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. They directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. Candidates with experience working in cleanroom environments and supporting complex manufacturing, process, and mission-critical facility projects will be highly regarded. Superintendent 1 - Required Qualifications:5+ Years of proven construction experience 2+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion 2+ years Successful leadership of smaller fit out projects or an area of a larger building project 2+ years experience with change order and ticket management 2+ years experience with subcontractor oversite 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look ahead schedules 2+ years experience with reading and delivering on plans and specs 2+ years experience supporting semiconductor, advanced technology, microchip manufacturing, cleanroom, and/or other mission-critical facility construction projects Currently, the company is not considering applicants for this position who now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.
