On-Board Services Lead: Guest Experience & Training

Alaska Railroad Corporation in Anchorage seeks a Senior On-Board Specialist to oversee daily operations aboard passenger trains, managing Tour Guides, onboard contractors, and seasonal staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, safety, and service. You will coordinate special event trains, train staff, mentor crews, handle passenger needs, and lead announcements and storytelling, while partnering with food service and other departments to maintain smooth, high-quality journeys.
