Senior Civil Division Director - Hybrid Leader

The Legal Aid Society of Rochester seeks a Civil Division Program Director to join the Senior Management Team. You will oversee Civil Division programs, supervise directors, and implement policies to ensure high-quality legal services. Collaborate with the CEO/COO, drive staff development, manage grants and budgets, and maintain case management standards. You will engage with community partners to expand access to justice and ensure effective service delivery across units.
