Smile CDR Administrator/Platform Engineer - REMOTE

Contract Duration: 3 months

Work Location: 100% Remote

Employment Type: Contract Only

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.3+ years of hands-on Smile CDR administration or support experience. Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, and OAuth 2.0.Experience with JSON/XML and healthcare data exchange. Experience supporting production healthcare platforms and troubleshooting API integrations. Strong SQL and database fundamentals. Experience with Linux and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CMS interoperability mandates and healthcare payer systems. Knowledge of Axway API Gateway and Apache Camel. Experience with cloud platforms. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab pipelines. Experience with platform monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
