Head of Tenant Origination & Leasing for IOS Platform

Terra Flex is seeking a Director of Tenant Origination and Leasing to lead tenant sourcing and leasing across a growing IOS portfolio in key markets. You will own end-to-end lease economics analysis, build market intelligence, and travel to properties and meetings with tenants and brokers.
