Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, coordinate and implement individualized rehab plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. You will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to form individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects and reactions. Record patient findings and provide education and support to patients and their families. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans, communicating with patient-aligned services for optimal care.
