Senior Director, Advanced Data Scientist – Credit Risk (Remote)

FNBO is seeking a Sr. Director, Advanced Data Scientist to lead the Partnership Division's data science and modeling function, defining a multi-year roadmap and delivering advanced ML models for credit decisioning and portfolio management. You will communicate strategy to senior leaders, own end-to-end model development, and ensure regulatory and business goals are met through robust validation, interpretability, and ongoing monitoring.
