Campus Recruiter

My client is a prestigious financial firm located in Manhattan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc. Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.
