What You'll Do:
- Assist with packing, loading, and unloading personal property from homes and businesses
- Transport contents safely to and from the warehouse
- Clean, restore, and organize items damaged by water, fire, or mold
- Support field teams during move-outs and pack-backs
- Document inventory using company systems and ensure accurate records
- Safely handle delicate or high-value items with care
- Help maintain organization and flow of the contents warehouse
- Collaborate with coordinators and project managers to meet client timelines
Who You Are:
- 1+ year of experience in contents handling, moving, restoration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on work daily
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and training team members
