Job Opportunity 3 days onsite a week Preferred locations: Boston, MA or Jersey City, NJ. Communication and personality are key requirements for this role. Excellent writing skills for design and process documentation. Gathering and documenting Business Requirements Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve a large variety of technical issues. Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous technical activities.
