Community Paramedic Mobile Integrated Health

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Mobile Integrated Health Community Paramedic to partner with PMG teams for patient care and management. The role follows physician-directed care plans, collects vitals, performs basic assessments, gathers patient information, and documents in the electronic health record. You will facilitate communication with providers, assist with follow-up scheduling, and apply predefined care protocols to support the most vulnerable patients in our communities.
