Pet Care Client Experience Coordinator

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary medical team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for clients and their companions. You will promote hospital services, educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care, and handle documentation, invoicing, scheduling, and retail matters with professional service.
