What will you be doing? This is a fast-paced, commercial sales role where you'll manage the full recruitment process and develop your own specialist market. You'll learn how to: Win new business – identify prospects, pitch to potential clients and grow your network Build client relationships – become a trusted partner to the companies you work with Headhunt top talent – find and engage high-performing professionals Negotiate & close deals – manage offers and negotiate with clients and candidates Become a market expert – develop expertise and your personal brand within a specialist industry (all NYC Consultants are part of our Codex division - Finance Systems recruitment)
