Field Admissions Facilitator Lincoln Tech is seeking a Field Admissions Facilitator to serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and provide essential support to our Field Admissions team. You'll guide students through the enrollment process, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth start to their educational journey.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GEDStrong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and their families
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, campus tours, bus tours, workshops, orientations, and special events
  • Follow up on student inquiries and discuss training needs with prospective students and parents
  • Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing
  • Maintain and verify the database recording new student information
  • Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence
  • Provide overall support to the Admissions department, including enrolling students as needed
