The ideal candidate will work closely with the property manager and brokerage manager, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to headquarters as needed.- Assisting with day-to-day management of properties (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests.- Helping with lease administration (drafting, renewals, rent collection tracking).- Preparing financial or occupancy reports for property owners.- Supporting compliance with local housing, safety, or commercial regulations.
