The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient assembly of vehicle components while helping maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the appropriate team members.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with company procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines, manufacturing processes, and quality control requirements.
Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
- Comfortable using hand tools and following standardized processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
