Express Lube Advisor / Internal Clerk

Quick Lube Advisor Duties: Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.)Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy

Internal Clerk Duties: Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles. Manage new and used vehicle inspection reports and provide estimates to the sales managers Perform general office support for the service and management teams Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong communication and customer service skills Basic automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience (preferred but not required)Proficiency with computers and office software Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskA positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
