Colorado Water Resources Engineering Leader - ESOP & Growth

MBC Talent Connections seeks a Colorado Water Resources Engineering Leader to lead and grow a Colorado water rights engineering practice in an employee-owned firm. You will be the senior technical voice on water rights and water supply, guiding strategy on Colorado projects and building client relationships to expand the firm's presence in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. You will also collaborate with teams on the firm's national platform, reporting to the Regional Director.
