Actuarial Consultant - Health

Qualifications: 3-6 years of health actuarial experience Progress toward ASA designation Experience within a health plan/payer organization and/or consulting environment Strong experience in one or more of the following: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA/Exchange, Value-Based Care, Risk Adjustment Experience with Product development, Pricing, Claims analytics, and/or Healthcare data analysis Strong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to work with large, complex datasets Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations for clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities: Provide strategic, analytical, and technical support to payer and provider clients Analyze complex business issues and develop actionable insights Support healthcare organizations with pricing, product strategy, cost management, and performance improvement initiatives Conduct claims and healthcare data analysis to inform client decision-making Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client engagements Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development Stay current on healthcare industry trends and market dynamics
