Global Studio Director, Creative Production

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Studio Leader to define and deliver a global studio strategy, elevating photography, film, and post-production across channels. You will supervise major productions and guide creative output to strengthen the Crocs brand. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, lead senior teams, and drive AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with Creative, Brand Marketing, Product, Digital, and regional teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned output.
