Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities: Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for technical roles spanning robotics, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering Create research-driven sourcing strategies to identify candidates who are not actively looking Produce outreach that is personalized, specific, and grounded in a genuine understanding of each candidate’s background Partner with hiring managers and founders to define what “great” looks like for each role Track and interpret the talent landscape, including who is doing relevant work, where they work, and what could make them open to conversation Iterate continuously on sourcing and outreach methods based on results and feedback
