What You'll Do: Identify, prospect and secure new commercial clients through networking, cold calling, referrals and lead generation Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing service, policy reviews and ensuring their evolving insurance needs are met Present tailored insurance options to clients and negotiate terms to secure business Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by recommending additional coverage options and services Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the department and the company What You'll Bring Proven track record in sales, business development, and client retention, preferably in the commercial transportation insurance space. Must possess a valid state insurance producer license Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and tailor solutions to client needs.
