PROGRAMMATIC MEDIA TRADER About UsFull-service digital media agency Lean, collaborative team that runs paid media for a diverse mix of consumer and B2B brands Hands-on role with real ownership of client accounts and a clear path to grow in AdTechWe're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Programmatic Media Trader to run and analyze display, video, and audio campaigns across self-serve DSPs. You'll be the day-to-day client contact for programmatic, accountable for campaign performance, and the go-to person on platform nuances. You love digging into data and turning it into decisions. You may also mentor and guide Programmatic Coordinators on execution, optimization, and platform best practices. Become the expert on The Trade Desk: ad units, targeting options and providers, and inventory sources Work confidently across multiple DSPs and know how each one differs on features, targeting, and inventory Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls covering performance, data takeaways, and next steps Spot new growth opportunities and bring them to clients, including upsell ideas Report on performance, find the drivers, and tell the story behind the numbers Partner with Search, Social, Analytics, and Creative so programmatic fits the bigger marketing plan Build and run testing plans for ad units, creative, landing pages, and platform betas Onboard new clients from scratch: account setup, billing, pixeling, audience creation, and QABuild strong relationships with media partners and work with them on campaign status and performance Hands-on DSP experience across planning, trafficking, execution, and optimization~ Ad server experience, ideally Campaign Manager 360~ Working knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting: dynamic creative, CRM, site and search retargeting, contextual keywords, affinity, and lookalikes~ Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills~ Solid grasp of creative and ad copy best practices~ Clear communication, written and verbal, including comfort on client calls~ You own your accounts and your results You get real client exposure, not just platform time
