Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Lead and own pricing strategy and analytics for the North American Bottling system. Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics for pricing optimization, forecasting, and scenario planning. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and process improvement across OTC billing. Partner with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth initiatives and system solution development. Define business and system requirements in collaboration with technical leaders. Ensure successful implementation, governance, and adoption of new tools and innovations. Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, eliminate errors, and enhance efficiency. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, narrative analysis, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policy. Support accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, UAT, system testing, and volume reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong background in financial analysis, pricing, and forecasting. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce).Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Access. Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops).Solid understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, and chart of accounts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
