Assistant Grower - Mushroom Farm

Responsibilities: Assist with mushroom substrate and fruiting block production Grain spawn production and laboratory inoculations Monitor incubation and grow rooms Maintain proper growing conditions and environmental controls Harvest and pack mushrooms for distribution Maintain production logs and batch tracking Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment Identify and report contamination, pests, or growing issues Follow established cultivation procedures and SOPsAssist with general mushroom farm operations as needed

Training will be provided. This position offers the opportunity to learn the full commercial mushroom cultivation process and take on greater responsibility as experience develops
